Located in the International Harbour of Vancouver, British Columbia, the Lynnwood Marina and Light Industrial Park is on the North Vancouver side of the harbour. They are a full service marina business centre: our Boat Yard operates 40 and a 60 ton Mobile Lifts, we fabricate custom Boat Sheds, and Indoor Space is available for year-round repairs and maintenance.

Moorage Requirements & Information:

* It is mandatory for owners to carry insurance on their boats and equipment, including third party liability insurance;
* Footage is based on the greater of finger float or overall measurements;
* Electricity is not included in the moorage rates; please check with the office for details;
* All monthly contracts require first month and security deposit payment in advance. Please note that 30 days notice is required to cancel any monthly moorage contract;
* Moorage contracts are non-refundable.


Lynnwood Marina has a large Boat (Works) Yard with indoor and outdoor facilities as well as mobile work sheds. The Boat Yard supplies operators for engine lifts, mast lifts, and hull power washing. We also offer covered yard storage for boats up to 60 feet long.
